Terratetto plurifamiliare con tre unità abitative

This is in the Monferrato hill country, with vine-covered ridges, mixed farmland and small historic villages within the surrounding hills. The Tanaro valley runs through Asti. The nearest larger centre is Asti itself, which has a substantial historic centre, cathedral, towers and regular rail links to Turin, Alessandria and Genoa. Parts of the wider Monferrato wine landscape in the province are included in the UNESCO vineyard landscape of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. The area is known for wine, especially Barbera and Moscato, and for truffle country in the surrounding hills.
