Via Ponte Salgarda, Feltre

The cluster is in the Belluno foothills at the edge of the Dolomites, with the Belluno Prealps and the Feltre valley landscape immediately around it. The Piave basin shapes the area, and the Cordevole valley is nearby. The Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park begins close to Cesiomaggiore and covers a large mountain area immediately to the north and east. The nearest substantial town is Feltre, which has a walled historic centre, civic buildings, and daily services. The area is known for alpine foothill scenery, pasture and woodland, and for access into the Belluno mountain valleys.
