Via San Vittore, 28, Setteville

The area sits in the Belluno Prealps, with low mountain ridges and narrow valleys around the lower Piave basin. The Piave river runs nearby and shapes the settled valley floor. This is the edge of the Prosecco hills around Valdobbiadene and Quero, a landscape of vineyard slopes and small villages. Feltre is the nearest larger town, with a walled historic centre and rail and road services; Belluno and Montebelluna are also practical service centres. The nearest ski areas are on Monte Avena above Feltre, roughly half an hour by road, with larger Dolomite resorts much farther away and not part of the immediate landscape. The area is known for foothill farming, vineyards and the Piave valley routes between the plain and the mountains.
