What it really costs
Can you move in?
Livable, but something basic is worn out
See what needs doing and what each job costs
Bright, contemporary open-plan interiors with high-quality finishes make this a stylish, lived-in-feel town home close to the sea. The price is very attractive for a ready-to-use 90 m² unit, but the gallery mixes finished, empty and possibly rendered images — check exactly what you get and the bathroom situation before committing.
- Some listing photos appear to be renders or show an unfurnished/unfinished room — verify the actual delivered condition.
- No clear sea view shown in the photos despite being close (500 m) to the coast.
- Bathroom image looks like a staged/rendered shot; confirm number and condition of bathrooms.
The area around
Location score 68/100The Ionian coast is at the foot of the settlement, with a long beach at Badolato Marina and the broad coastal strip running toward Soverato. The area rises quickly inland into the Serre Calabresi, with wooded hills and ridges visible within a short distance. The Torrente Gallipari valley cuts down from the interior to the sea here. Soverato is the nearest town of size, with services, shops and a railway station on the Ionian line. The area is known for the preserved hill village of Badolato above the marina and for olive groves and citrus on the coastal side of this part of Calabria.
