Terratetto Da Ristrutturare - Case Lori

The area lies in the Arno valley at the meeting of the Arno and Sieve rivers, with the first ridges of the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennines close to the east and north. The nearest larger centre is Florence, with its full range of city services and monuments, and Pontassieve itself is part of the wine-growing zone east of the city, with Chianti Rufina vineyards on the surrounding hills. The landscape within reach is a mix of river floor, cultivated hills, olive groves and wooded slopes rather than a single protected or nationally named scenic area.
