Terratetto unifamiliare in Rezzoaglio

The cluster sits in the Aveto valley in the Ligurian Apennines. The Aveto stream flows through the valley. The Parco Naturale Regionale dell'Aveto lies in the local area and covers beech woods, mountain pastures and peaks over 1,500 m. Sections of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri and marked hiking trails cross the park. Small local ski slopes and lifts are at Santo Stefano d'Aveto (local resort), about a 20–30 minute drive. Within the surrounding 15 km are scattered mountain villages and agricultural land; the nearest larger town on the coast with a rail connection and broader services is Chiavari. The area has extensive chestnut and beech woodland and is used for pastoral mountain agriculture and freshwater trout fishing.
