Terratetto unifamiliare in Sant'Olcese

This cluster is inside the built-up area of Genoa, with the Ligurian Apennines rising immediately inland and the Ligurian Sea on the coast. The city has a large historic centre, the main port of Liguria, and major urban services and transport. Genoa has UNESCO status for Le Strade Nuove and the system of the Palazzi dei Rolli. Within about 15 km the setting is mostly continuous urban fabric, port infrastructure, hillside neighbourhoods and short steep valleys rather than a distinct rural or natural landscape.
