Terratetto unifamiliare in Cremeno

The cluster is in the Valsassina under the Grigne group, with the Grigna Settentrionale and the ridge systems above Barzio inside the local landscape. The valley floor is crossed by the Pioverna. The area is part of the Parco Regionale della Grigna Settentrionale. The nearest ski lifts are the Bobbio cableway at Barzio to the Piani di Bobbio, a few minutes from the village, with the linked Valtorta side beyond the ridge. Lecco is the nearest town of size, with rail links, services and the eastern branch of Lake Como, about half an hour down the valley and over the descent. The area is known for the Piani di Bobbio and Piani di Artavaggio mountain basins, summer hiking and winter skiing.
