Terratetto unifamiliare in Calolziocorte

The Grigne massif (the Grigna) and Monte Resegone lie within about 15 km to the north and northeast of Calolziocorte. The Adda river runs through the valley at Calolziocorte and the small lake basin including Lago di Garlate and Lago di Olginate is within a few kilometres. Monte Barro Regional Park sits inside the 15 km radius on the Lecco side of the lake basin. The Piani d'Erna cable-car area above Lecco provides nearby mountain access; larger alpine ski resorts are farther away. The nearest city of size is Lecco (roughly 7–10 km), which has a railway station with regional connections, hospitals and full local services. The SS36 road and regional rail lines run close by and the locality functions as part of the Brianza–Lecco commuter/industrial area. The Lecco/Grigne area is known regionally for hiking, rock climbing and lakefront recreation.
