Villa in Via Boschi di Sopra

The cluster is in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the upper Sambro valley with wooded ridges, passes and reservoir country around Lake di Castel dell'Alpi within the area. Part of the territory falls in the Parco regionale storico di Monte Sole to the east. The nearest ski area is Corno alle Scale, roughly an hour's drive, so it is not an immediate landscape feature. The nearest larger city is Bologna, which provides the full set of services and rail connections. This part of the Apennines is known for mountain walking, chestnut woods and the Futa and Raticosa pass roads.
