Oasi di pace ad Apiro: casa indipendente con grande giardino

The cluster sits in and around the hilltop town of Cingoli, a settlement at roughly 600 m above sea level. The town looks out over the Adriatic plain and, on clear days, the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine ridge including the Sibillini mountains in the distance. Within about 15 km the landscape is a mix of wooded hills, small cultivated valleys, olive groves and scattered hamlets typical of the central Marche. There is no national or regional park or large lake inside about 15 km; nearest larger towns with full services are Macerata and Jesi. The town is locally known as the “Balcone delle Marche” for its panoramic viewpoints above the plain.
