Villetta a schiera in Via Giacomo Matteotti, 20, Rescaldina,

The area is in the north-western Milan urban belt, with continuous residential, commercial and industrial fabric between Legnano, Castellanza, Busto Arsizio and Saronno. The Olona valley is the nearest natural corridor, but here it is heavily settled and mixed with roads and business areas. The nearest larger town is Legnano, which has a substantial built-up centre, services, rail links and the Visconti castle. Milan and Malpensa are important for access but lie outside the immediate landscape and do not change the setting.
