Cancantalupo di Bevagna – caratteristico cielo-terra ristrutturato

Low wooded hills and cultivated slopes of the Montefalco area lie within a few kilometres of the cluster. The settlement sits in the Umbrian plain / Topino valley landscape of central Umbria. No national or regional park is centred within 15 km. Nearest town of size is Foligno (around 8–12 km), which has a railway station on the Rome–Ancona line, shops and hospital services; Perugia (provincial capital, university, larger hospital and regional airport) is roughly 25–30 km away. The area is known for Sagrantino di Montefalco wine production, vineyards and olive oil; Montefalco and its wine route are local attractions. Bevagna itself has a medieval historic centre and stages the medieval reenactment Mercato delle Gaite.
