Terratetto unifamiliare in Gubbio

Monte Ingino and the first ridges of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines rise directly above Gubbio. The area sits in the upper Chiascio valley, with wooded slopes, limestone hills and cultivated land on the valley floor. The Monte Cucco Regional Park begins a short distance to the north-east, within the wider mountain belt that frames this side of Umbria. The nearest ski area is Monte Catria, roughly an hour's drive. Gubbio itself is a substantial historic hill town with a continuous medieval centre, large civic buildings and churches, and it is part of the association I Borghi più belli d'Italia. The area is known for its medieval urban fabric, the Ceri festival, and pottery.
