Via Giacomo Leopardi, Fonte Nuova

This is on the northeastern edge of the Roman urban belt, in the low Sabine hills above the Aniene plain. The nearest larger city is Rome, with the full range of services and rail connections reached via the outer suburban road network. Tivoli is nearby, with Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este, both UNESCO sites, but they sit outside the immediate surroundings. The area around the cluster is mainly built-up residential fabric mixed with ordinary rolling countryside and road corridors rather than a distinct named landscape.
