In faccia al castello di Montefiore Conca

The cluster is in the hills between the Conca valley and the first Romagna-Marche inland ridges, with a farmed landscape of fields, olive groves and small wooded patches. The Conca river valley is nearby. The nearest town of size is Cattolica on the coast, with full daily services and rail access, and inland Morciano di Romagna is the local service centre. Gradara, just over the regional border, has a well-known fortified historic centre within this area of southern Romagna and northern Marche. This part of the province is known for mixed hill farming and for the string of historic villages behind the Adriatic coast.
