Terratetto plurifamiliare in Cannalonga

Inland hilly territory of the Cilento subregion in southern Campania, at the edge of the Tyrrhenian coastal plain. The landscape within 15 km is primarily small-scale agriculture: olive groves, some vineyards and arable plots mixed with patches of woodland and low hills. The Tyrrhenian Sea / Cilento coast lies about 16 km to the west; coastal towns and beaches are the closest major geographic feature. The wider province contains the Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Vallo di Diano e degli Alburni (a UNESCO-listed area in its full extent), though that park and its UNESCO sites are in the same province and wider region rather than necessarily centered on the cluster. There are no nearby ski lifts; the area is rural and served by small towns and service centres in the Cilento (for example Vallo della Lucania and the coastal town of Agropoli are the nearest larger settlements and regional service hubs). The area is within the gastronomic and agricultural traditions of Cilento (olive oil, local Mediterranean products).
