The area is on the upper Venetian plain between Castelfranco Veneto and Bassano del Grappa, with cultivated land, irrigation channels and scattered settlements. The nearest mountains are the Venetian Prealps to the north, visible around the Monte Grappa massif at roughly 15 km from the cluster. Bassano del Grappa is the nearest substantial town within this radius, with a walled historic centre, the Brenta river crossing the town, and rail and daily services. Castelfranco Veneto is also nearby, with its medieval walls and a full range of town services. This part of the Treviso plain is known for agriculture and for the wider prosecco and grappa country of the foothills, though the core famous vineyard landscape lies farther north.
