Villa bifamiliare allo stato grezzo

The area lies on the Treviso plain between the Montello hill and the foothills of the Venetian Prealps, which are visible to the north on clear days. The Piave runs a few kilometres east and is the main named natural feature in the local landscape. Treviso is the nearest town of size, with a walled historic centre, canals and the usual city services. The prosecco hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are farther north beyond the 15 km radius and do not define the immediate surroundings. This part of the province is known for intensive farming, scattered villas and small manufacturing areas.
