With an unfinished-state assumption of about €900/sqm to complete, effective cost is already about €905/sqm versus a €395/sqm baseline, and the placeholder-like price makes the listing unreliable.

The area is known for mountain pasture, forested slopes and the transition from the Veneto plain to the Dolomite valleys.
