Trilocale in Via Flaminia Sud

The cluster sits in the Val Topino (the Topino river valley); the Topino river and its small tributaries run through the local landscape. The Monti Martani ridge lies to the south/southwest, with forested slopes and peaks of roughly 1,000–1,300 m within the 15 km radius. The immediate land use is mixed agriculture (olive groves, arable fields) with small patches of woodland and scattered hill villages. The nearest town of size is Foligno (c. 50–60k inhabitants), which provides a railway station on the Rome–Ancona line, larger shops, health services and road links; smaller hill towns such as Trevi and Spello lie within the surrounding area and are noted locally for olive oil production and historic centres. There are no major lakes or a coastline within 15 km and no ski lifts inside that radius; the Sibillini high mountains and their ski facilities lie well beyond daily range.
