What the photos show
This is a clean, bright, apparently move-in-ready apartment with polished floors, a fitted kitchen, and modern bathroom finishes. However, it lacks distinctive Italian character or a compelling setting, and the generic high-rise exterior—possibly mismatched to the interior photos—significantly weakens the dream-home appeal.
What worries us about this house
- The gallery appears inconsistent: the apartment interiors and exterior building image may not show the same property.
- No Italian architectural character, terrace, garden, or attractive view is evident.
- The listing states habitable with autonomous heating and garage, but bathrooms and room layout are not confirmed in the facts.
