Appartamento 3 locali, 53 m² in Via Benedetto Croce 31, Peru

This sits in the built-up area of Perugia, so the immediate setting is an inland hill city with dense urban fabric rather than open countryside. The Tiber valley lies to the west and the Umbrian hills surround the city. Lake Trasimeno is the nearest major water body, about 15 km to the west at its closest shore. Perugia is the nearest town of size and has the regional capital’s services, a large historic centre, the university and major transport links. The city is known for its medieval fabric, Etruscan remains and as the home of Umbria Jazz and Perugina chocolate.
