Via Giacomo Matteotti, 35, Fabbrico

This is the central Po plain, with flat agricultural land, canals and drainage ditches around the settlements. The Secchia is the nearest substantial river system in the area, running east of Fabbrico. Correggio is the nearest larger town, with a substantial historic centre and services; Carpi is also close, with a larger old centre and the Pio complex. The area is known for intensive farming and for the wider Emilia plain economy of dairying and food production.
