Via Giuseppe Fava, 4, Pozzallo

The cluster is on the south-eastern Sicilian coast on the Ionian side, with long sandy shores around Santa Maria del Focallo and the low Mediterranean plain behind them. The Cava d’Ispica, a long limestone gorge with rock-cut settlements and necropolises, lies within the local area inland from the coast. The nearest town of size is Modica, which has a substantial historic centre and services. The Val di Noto baroque towns, including Modica, Scicli and Noto, are a UNESCO World Heritage site in this part of the province. The area is known for beaches, greenhouse agriculture and the limestone ravines of the south-eastern Hyblaean plateau.
