Laives: Monolocale da ristrutturare

The cluster is in the Adige valley immediately south of Bolzano, with steep valley sides and the Dolomites close to the east, including the Sciliar-Schlern and Catinaccio-Rosengarten groups visible from this part of the basin. The Adige river runs through the valley floor. The Monte Corno-Trudner Horn Nature Park lies nearby to the south-east. The nearest large town is Bolzano, which has a substantial historic centre, rail connections and full services. This part of Alto Adige is known for vineyards and apple orchards on the valley floor and lower slopes.
