Bilocale in Brescia

The cluster is in the built-up area of Brescia, with Monte Maddalena immediately east of the city and the Brescian Prealps forming the nearby mountain backdrop. Lake Garda begins around Desenzano and Sirmione to the southeast, roughly 15 km from the eastern edge of the city but generally farther from the urban core. Brescia is a major provincial city with a large historic centre, Roman remains and the UNESCO serial site of the monastery complex of San Salvatore-Santa Giulia together with the Roman forum area. This is an urban and industrial city setting on the plain at the foot of the hills, with vineyards and moraine hills appearing outside the continuous built-up area.
