Bilocale in Pavone del Mella

This is the central Brescian plain between the Oglio and Mella river systems, with flat agricultural land and scattered villages. The Oglio is the nearest named river of note, running west of Milzano, and the Chiese flows to the east in the wider plain. The nearest larger town is Brescia, which provides the main rail links, hospitals, universities and city services. This part of the province is known for intensive farming and small industrial settlements rather than for a distinct protected landscape or a historic hill-town setting.
