Via Brindisi, 7, Crispiano

Crispiano sits on the low Murge above the Ionian plain, in a landscape of olive groves, vineyards and ravines. The area is tied to the edge of the Terra delle Gravine, with karst cuts and small wooded patches in the countryside around the town. Within this radius the nearest town of size is Taranto, with the two seas, the old island centre, port, services and major shopping and hospitals. The Ionian coast toward the Gulf of Taranto is close in practical terms, but the cluster is inland rather than on the shore itself. This part of the province is known for masserie, olive oil and the gravine landscape between the Murge and Taranto.
