Sluggia - ampio trilocale in centro

The cluster sits on the low-lying Po plain around Livorno Ferraris in the Vercelli province. The immediate landscape (within ~15 km) is predominantly irrigated agricultural land, with extensive rice paddies, straight drainage canals and networked irrigation ditches. Fields are crossed by raised rural roads and by lines of poplars and scattered farmsteads (cascine). There are no mountains, lakes or coast within the local radius and no national or regional parks in the immediate area. Small towns and villages nearby supply basic shops and services; the provincial capital Vercelli (roughly 25–30 km away) is the nearest city of size and has railway connections and a historic town centre. The area is agriculturally focused and known regionally for rice cultivation.
