Monolocale al piano terra

This is the western Brescian plain between the Oglio River and the built-up corridor that runs across the lower Franciacorta edge. The Oglio is the main nearby natural feature, with riverside farmland and woods around the Parco Oglio Nord. Franciacorta lies just to the north, with vine-covered morainic hills and wine villages beginning within a short drive, but the immediate 15 km landscape around Chiari is mostly flat agricultural country with roads, industry and logistics scattered through the plain. Brescia is the nearest city of size, with full services, rail connections and major historic monuments. The area is known for intensive farming and, just north of the plain, Franciacorta wine.
