Via Francesco Rolando, 42, Susa

The cluster is in the upper Susa Valley in the Cottian Alps. The Dora Riparia runs through the valley. The Gran Bosco di Salbertrand regional park is nearby on the valley side. The nearest ski lifts are in the Bardonecchia area and at Sauze d’Oulx on the Via Lattea domain, reached by road in roughly 25–35 minutes depending on the exact hamlet. Susa is the nearest town of size and has rail services, shops and notable Roman remains including the Arch of Augustus and the amphitheatre area. This part of the valley is known for Alpine transit routes toward Montgenèvre and the Fréjus corridor, and for military forts such as the Forte di Exilles in the valley.
