The cluster is in the lower Valle Sabbia, between the inland hills and the first mountains that rise toward the Prealpi Bresciane. Lake Garda is just to the east, with the southwest shore around Salò and Gardone Riviera within about 15 km. The Chiese river runs through Vobarno and the valley opens south toward the Brescia plain. The Parco Alto Garda Bresciano begins nearby on the western side of Lake Garda. Salò is the nearest town of size, with a lakefront, services and a substantial historic centre. This part of the province is known for the transition from industrial valley floor and small towns to the Garda hills and lake shore.
