The nearest ski area is Recoaro Mille in the Recoaro Terme area, roughly 20–30 minutes by road from Valdagno. Schio is the nearest larger town, and Vicenza is the main provincial city for services, rail connections, and major monuments. Recoaro Terme, a short drive up the valley, is known for its mineral springs and for access to the Piccole Dolomiti around the Carega group.
