The nearest larger towns on this side of the lake are Salò and Desenzano del Garda, with everyday services, rail connections at Desenzano, and the main lake-road running along the shore. The nearest ski lifts are small local lifts on Monte Maniva, roughly 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes by road depending on the access point.
