Quadrilocale in Russi

This is the flat Romagna plain between Ravenna and Faenza, with fields, canals and scattered farmhouses. The Lamone and Montone river corridors are nearby in the wider plain. Ravenna is the nearest city of size, with full services and a group of early Christian monuments inscribed on the UNESCO list. The Adriatic coast around Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina is accessible for routine trips, but it is outside the immediate landscape. The area is known for intensive agriculture and fruit growing on the lower plain.
