Ampio bivani luminoso

This is the low coastal plain south of Bari, with continuous cultivation and built-up strips along the local road network. The Adriatic coast is a few kilometres away, with the urban seafront of Bari and the coast around Torre a Mare as the nearest access to the sea. Bari is the nearest city of size, with a large historic centre, port, university, airport and full services. The area is known for olive groves, vegetable cultivation and the suburban belt around the metropolitan edge of Bari.
