Bilocale in Via San Gavino

The cluster sits on the eastern Sardinian coast at the northern end of the Golfo di Orosei; the gulf coastline with sandy beaches, coves and sea caves used for boat excursions is within the 15 km landscape. The Oasi di Bidderosa, a coastal reserve with several small beaches and dune/marsh habitats, lies within about 10–15 km. The Fiume Cedrino reaches the sea at Orosei, forming a small estuary/lagoon area close to the town. The town of Orosei supplies local shops, cafes, municipal services and regional rail links; Nuoro is the nearest larger city (roughly 40 km inland) with wider services and hospital facilities. The local economy is oriented to seasonal beach tourism, boat excursions along the gulf and some inland agriculture. There are no ski lifts in the immediate area and major airports (Olbia, Cagliari) are outside the 15 km radius.
