Via Vercelli n., 13, Castel Volturno

The area is on the Domitian coast by the Tyrrhenian Sea, with long low sandy shoreline and the mouth of the Volturno river nearby. Much of the immediate surroundings are flat coastal plain with pine woods and reclaimed farmland. The nearest larger city is Naples, which provides the main higher-order services and transport. The coast here is known more as a long urbanised beach strip than for a protected or distinctive natural setting.
