Quadrilocale in Vitulazio

Bellona lies on the inland plain north of Naples, between the Volturno basin and the first hills below the Campanian Apennines. The Volturno River runs a few kilometres to the north. Capua is the nearest substantial town and has a large historic centre, Roman remains and rail connections; Caserta is also nearby with the Royal Palace of Caserta, a UNESCO site, but that is outside the immediate landscape and does not define the setting around the cluster. This part of the province is known for mixed farmland on the plain, small towns and road links between Capua, Caserta and the interior.
