The cluster lies in the Campanian plain between Caserta and the Naples conurbation, with the Monte Tifatini ridge immediately to the north around Caserta. The Volturno plain and the Regi Lagni drainage canals shape the surrounding lowland. Caserta is the nearest large town and has full services, rail links and the Royal Palace of Caserta, a UNESCO World Heritage site, about 10 km away. The area is known for intensive agriculture, logistics and industry on the plain.
