Via degli Svevi, 161, Catanzaro

The cluster is in the built-up area of Catanzaro, on ridges and valleys that descend toward the Ionian side of Calabria, with the Gulf of Squillace on the coast nearby. The Sila range lies to the north, but outside the immediate 15 km landscape. Catanzaro is the nearest town of size and has the full services of a provincial capital, including a historic centre on the hill and newer districts spreading across the surrounding slopes. This part of Calabria is known for hill-to-coast terrain and olive-growing, but within the immediate radius it is mainly an urban and peri-urban setting rather than a distinct named landscape.
