Quadrilocale in Corso Stagliano Traversa XV, Chiaravalle

The Serre Calabresi are the mountain group around Chiaravalle Centrale, with wooded ridges and narrow valleys within the local area. The Ancinale river valley runs by the town, and the Ionian coast is relatively close but outside the immediate 15 km landscape. The area falls within the wider zone of the Serre Regional Natural Park. The nearest larger centre is Soverato on the Ionian side, which provides a fuller range of shops, services and rail connections. This part of the Serre is known for chestnut and beech woods, small inland hill towns, and the Certosa di Serra San Bruno area farther north in the same mountain district.
