Villetta

The cluster is on the south coast of Sicily by the Mediterranean, with beaches and low coastal headlands around Licata and the mouth of the Salso river. Inland within this radius the land is mostly low hills and cultivated countryside rather than a mountain landscape. Licata is the nearest town of size and has a port, a seafront and a substantial historic centre. The wider area is known for fishing and agriculture, especially vineyards and horticulture.
