Bilocale in San Vito Chietino

The cluster is on the Costa dei Trabocchi, the stretch of Adriatic coast south of Ortona marked by low cliffs, small coves and the traditional fishing platforms called trabocchi. The Adriatic is at the door, with beaches and rocky shoreline around San Vito Chietino and the seafront settlements of Marina di San Vito and nearby Fossacesia Marina within the same coastal strip. The route of the former railway along the shore is now the Via Verde Costa dei Trabocchi cycle path. The nearest larger town is Lanciano inland, which has a substantial historic centre and services. Ortona lies to the north on the same coast. The Maiella massif is visible inland in clear weather but it is outside the immediate 15 km landscape. The area is known for its trabocchi and for the Costa dei Trabocchi coastline.
