Trilocale in Vasto

The cluster is on the Adriatic coast around Vasto, with the Gulf of Vasto and long sandy beaches at Vasto Marina and nearby Punta Penna. The coast here also includes the Punta Aderci Regional Nature Reserve, with low cliffs, dune areas and agricultural headlands, and the port and lighthouse area at Punta Penna. Inland within a short radius the land rises into cultivated hills with olive groves and vineyards rather than mountains. Vasto is the nearest town of size and has a substantial historic centre on higher ground above the sea, a port area, and full everyday services. The area is known for the Trabocchi Coast, olive oil and wine production.
