Frazione Camerlata - Via Canturina, 54, Como

The cluster is in the built-up area of Como at the south end of Lake Como. Lake Como is the defining feature within the 15 km radius, with the first basin of the lake, steep pre-Alpine slopes above the shore, and the lakeside settlements of Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno and Blevio all nearby. The Spina Verde Regional Park lies immediately west of the city on the hills by the Swiss border. Como is the nearest town of size and has the walled historic centre, the cathedral, lakefront promenades, rail links and ferry services on the lake. The area is known for the lake landscape and for silk production historically.
