Renovated stone rustico in a historic Lake Como hillside hamlet (San Siro). The standout is the panoramic lake-and-mountain view from the terrace and bedroom window. Interior is habitable and cozy with wood-beam ceilings and a loft, but dated (1990s-era kitchen, tiled bathrooms, terracotta floors) and unremarkable. Atmospheric cobbled alleys and rough-stone cellar add rustic character. At €911/m² it's fairly priced but not a dramatic bargain. Charming rather than jaw-dropping.
