Rustico da Ristrutturare Vercana con Vista Lago

The cluster is on the west side of Alto Lago di Como, above the north end of Lake Como. The surrounding landscape is the steep lake-and-mountain terrain of the northern Lario, with the Lepontine Alps close behind the lakeside settlements. The lake is the dominant feature within a few kilometres, and the head of the lake around Domaso, Gravedona ed Uniti and Sorico is part of daily life for services and access. The nearest larger centre is Colico at the north end of the lake, with rail links, supermarkets and everyday services, and Menaggio and Como are farther down the lake. The area is known for lakeside villages, mountain hamlets, sailing and wind conditions at the north end of Lake Como, and for routes up into the interior valleys above the lake.
