Via CASELLE, 63, Cingia de' Botti

This is the lower Po plain near the Po River, with flat agricultural land, embankments, irrigation canals and scattered villages. The nearest town of size is Cremona, which has a substantial historic centre and services, and Casalmaggiore is the closer small centre on the Po with everyday amenities. The area is known for intensive farming in the Po Valley.
